Bright Furnished bedroom ( 11'1" x 13'5") with private half bath (toilet and sink ONLY) (5'5" x 5') included single bed, side table, comfortable chair, dresser, student desk and office chair. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, shower room and large outside deck shared with single middle age mother of two young adults. Short walking distance to sky train, close to SFU, BCIT and Brentwood mall.

House Rules
POWER - you are to turn OFF all lights/fans when not in the room (or anticipate a quick return) no sleeping with lights on.
CLEANLINESS - you are to leave (kitchen, Dining room, Living room, Hallway, Patio and Shared bathroom) in the same shape you find it, clean. Your room may be kept to your liking and odor free.
KITCHEN - you may use all dishes, utensils, pots and containers but none may leave the apartment.
NO FRYING OR DEEP FRYING. Cooking may not be left unattended at all times.
NOISE - per building regulation - keep quiet when in the hallways and immediate surrounding of building. Keep music, tv ect for your personal enjoyment.
SCENT FREE home - no open flame candles, in-scent, heavy perfumes ect.
ACCESS to kitchen for cooking/cleaning dishes 6 am to 9 pm (other areas 6 am to 10 pm)
Smoking is not allowed.

The room that I rented is big and comfortable, just as seen in the pictures. Great location, super close to everything. Also, Jocelyn is super friendly, kind and trustful. Im so happy I can call this place home :)

Jocelyne was an amazing host! She helped me a lot, was patient and hosted couple fun pizza and board game nights! It was a pleasure staying at her house. Location of the place is also perfect. I cannot recommend enough.

It was a great place to stay at. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. She was very generous and made sure I had a fantastic stay. The place was very clean & well maintained. The location was very convenient and close to public transit. The room was spacious & comfortable. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely stay there again.

Jocelyne is such a nice host. Honestly, she was a key part of my stay in Vancouver, I can’t imagine a better homestay. She is always willing to help in everything you need and have a nice conversation.
Her home is located in a lovely neighbourhood well connected by skytrain to downtown. Both rooms are so clean and they are big enough, well equipped with a desk and a king bed.
I recommend it 100%.

Jocelyne is very nice person, friendly and lovely. The only thing to improve is the room temperature, wich was too cold! But I told Jocelyne and she gave me an extra blanket, not bad after that. I recommend her 100%
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
