Free parking, quick access to downtown via Champlain bridge, close to Quartier Dix-30 shopping district, intersection of Highway 10 and Highway 30. Private property with 2 bedrooms available: one with a double bed and one with a queen bed, both on the upper floor. Good wifi / internet access - unlimited. Bus right across the street gets you directly to downtown Montreal or free parking at bus terminal 15 minutes to downtown. Single lady, 2 cats, speaks: English, French, some Spanish. Very casual environment, friendly and accommodating hostess who wants your stay to be great.

Quiet suburban residential street in a good neighborhood. Bus stop is in front of the house, direct to downtown centre at Bonaventure in 25 minutes or by car in 15 minutes. Airport to house is 30 minutes by car.

Description de jodie : souriante, rigolote et plus qu'agréable. Très bien reçu et chambre parfaite ( lit +++). Si vous avez envie de rire et passer de bon moments c'est la bonne maison.

Everything was perfect ! I just stayed 2 nights and it was too short.. The house is pretty and confortable, Jodie is very friendly, it is nice and easy to speak with her ! And the plus : two adorable kitty cats

J'ai séjourné une semaine chez Jodie . J'ai passé de très bons moments sous la joie et la bonne humeur.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
