I live with my husband Bernd in a wooded and quiet area in the south of São Paulo, 17 km from the center. We have a dog Bernaise (Bello) and Lhasa (Sotje), who accompany us in play in the garden and walks in the area. Besides them, three cats (Missy, Harley and Tommy) are also great companions. In our garden we have fruit trees that attract many birds. Nearby we have the American School Chapel School, the Swiss-Brazilian School and a little further from the Rudolf Steiner School. There is a great Municipal Market and bakery nearby. Our house is a large townhouse. broad and practical kitchen, living room divided into two rooms by a library w / fireplace. Besides the rooms for our use, we have at the top a bedroom with full bath, comfortably furnished with twin beds, nightstand, dresser and closet. We have side entrance for cars and which also serves as access for a little house in the back, where we have a large terrace to the garden and BBQ area. At the top we have a complete apartment furnished and decorated and cable TV. The living room is combined with breakfast room, kitchen with terrace, complete bedroom with small terrace and bathroom.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
