is a beautiful residential area about 10 minutes by taxi from the historic center Pelourinho It has two great beaches within 3 minutes walk - Barra Vento, on the Atlantic coast with big surf and Porto da Barra with a beautiful Promenade, next to the beautiful calm water bay

The apartment has 1 balcony, 3 bedrooms, one suite, all well equipped.
1 living room, dining room, and TV room, a large fully equipped kitchen. and excellent service area but employee quarters.

Facing the ocean with wonderful views, Farol da Barra with its famous sunset, and lovely beaches The neighborhood has everything you need looking for walking to supermarket shopping malls pharmacies all banks 24 hours with many options of cafes, bars And good restaurants lots of shops and boutiques, here is tourist point
Most sought after by tourists from all over the world the neighborhood has ostensibly safe
Good neighborhood security and quiet bus stop at the door to all the neighborhood, there are 45 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from taxes to state Nova Fonte.
Here is the best access for all of Salvador
From Apartment to beach only 3 minutes.

Have balconies for smokers, can use the kitchen, but clean and keep us all proper places
Maintain order in the house, close the door to go out with keys ..
Do not invite strangers to come into our house without first communicating If you want to invite a friend to talk to me before.
Keep the noise down after midnight not lie we sofas or beds with sand from the beach bring your beach towels, treat our home as you would treat your sofa and do not throw us keep the rooms always tidy.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
