House Rules

You can use the kitchen for small snacks. I need silence to work. I don't allow them to bring extra guests home. Whatever is used in the kitchen must be cleaned, washed and put away. The windows have ventilation shutters and glass for clarity. Therefore, they must remain closed for safety reasons and the presence of mosquitoes. I always have to be consulted for any doubt or attitude in the house. I like independent people. I am communicative and I like to receive people in my house. But I'm reserved.
If there is a withdrawal after making the Booking, I will charge a 20% penalty fee if this withdrawal takes place from one month before the entry date.
