The apartment is 50 meters from the beach, with amazing views! The apartment is transformed into two independent units with separate entrances and separate kitchens. This apartment was designed for people to have the fellowship of a family and a little privacy if preferred .. There are two units, one with ensuite, dining area and living room, a kitchen and bathroom. The other unit when separate offers another bedroom with closet, a bedroom combined living room and kitchen. The laundry room is divided between the two units but with different inputs. Inside the apartment there is everything that can allow a stay in Rio de Janeiro very comfortable. The rooms / suites are equipped with luxury beds and orthopedic mattresses style hotel, plus a sofa bed with mattress and a sofa bed with mattress in the room. If requested we can provide plus a sofa bed. The access to the sights of Rio is very easy. I made a deal with some taxi drivers who help me as resident the years and I will indicate them to be reliable and are providing a service to "my personal friends," how I described my guests. My rules are very simple and easy to assimilate. Please do not smoke inside the property. Lit? Erase. Fouled? Wipe. Broke? Repair. Do not know? Ask. Do not accept drug use, can not receive visits without my consent, prohibited the practice of prostitution, pedophilia or any other tort within the apartment or common areas. How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
