Eu me chamo Silvana e decidi virar host depois que a minha filha foi morar na Inglaterra, pois amo estar cercada de pessoas. Moro em Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro, perto do famoso Copacabana Palace, em um prédio familiar com segurança de porteiros 24 horas, mais câmeras nos 2 elevadores. Nossa rua tem confeitarias, supermercados, farmácias, abertos 24 horas também. Estamos perto do shopping Rio Sul e dos bairros do Leme e da Urca - onde há o "Pão de Açúcar". Nosso apartamento tem 2 banheiros, 2 quartos grandes e um pequeno, tv em quase todos os quartos com wi-fi na casa. A cozinha é equipada e o apartamento silencioso, sem animais de estimação.
P.S: Queridos hóspedes, informo que, para garantia da reserva, deverá ser feito um depósito de 20%( negociável) em conta a ser dada por wtspp. O restante será pago na sua chegada. Em caso de desistência ( 48 h) devolverei 50%. Como devem saber, temos uma 'cleaning fee' ( taxa de limpeza) de 110 reais.

Hello, my name is Silvana and I decided to become a host since my daughter moved to England because I really enjoy having people around! I speak english and italian and live two blocks away from the most famous beach: Copacabana. The house is well located, we have around Copacabana Palace, Sugar Loaf, malls, supermarkets 24h etc... The apartment is very clean and well decorated and I am open to have a good talk and exchange experiences.
PS; Dear guests, I ask, for garantee, 20% (negotiable) of the amount and the rest at the moment of your arrive. In case of your cancellation ( 48 hours) I will give you back 50% of your deposit.
Like you must to Know, we have a cleaning fee ( 110 reais).

Silvana's home is well-decorated and located 2 blocks away (5 mins) from the Copacabana beach. The neighborhood was very safe to even go out at night. There's a 24x7 security doorman to help you in. Silvana also gave me a key to her apartment so I could come and go whenever I want without disturbing her. She also provided with fresh towels and soap. Would definitely recommend staying with Silvana if you get a chance. Thanks again Silvana for hosting me!

The appartment was Nice and clean - actually more Nice than the pictures!
Silvana was Quick at answering, and she was kind and helpfull during our stay.
The area Was great, very close to the Beach and a Big shopping mall!

Todo fue excelente, el lugar es ideal tanto por la comodidad de la habitación y por la cercanía a todo los lugares interesantes por conocer o bien para combinar con subte y demás servicios. Y valoro principalmente la cordialidad y la amabilidad de Silvana que me hizo sentir como si estuviera en mi propia casa. Gracias Silvana y seguramente volvere pronto! Se los recomiendo a todos!

La casa de Silvana es muy acogedora y linda, esta muy bien ubicada y muy cercana a los lugares de interés y la playa de Copacabana. Pasamos una semana muy cómodamente y no nos fato nada. Sin duda volvería ya que todo fue muy agradable.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
