We rent room for international students, visitors and locals in our 4 bedroom house. We have a tour agency, Rio EnCantos Tours and we offer free tours for our guests.
We have one big and two small rooms. The big yellow room has airconditioning. We do the laundry and cleaning. The rooms have furniture and the house has wi-fi and a nice patio to gather and cultivate a garden.
I rent qto in my house, for university students or travelers from all countries.

Great location and friendly hostess. Quiet, super clean, neat, and safe.
One room can accomodate up to 3 people with an extra mattress. But it is recommended for 2 people for maximun comfort.

The guests will co-live with a great host, Wilma who is the owner of the house. Wilma is a careful lady who is always happy to welcome visitors and very helpful in taking care of the house and guests. She is great at providing the best tips to navigate the city and take the best out of it.
How to get
The location of the neighborhood is central and within easy reach of all parts of the city. You can reach VLT from Santos Dumont airport.
By bus from the international airport. Taxi from the international airport is also cheap.
Or by subway coming from neighborhoods of the south or north.
Depending on your case, the hostesses will be willing to guide you in more detail.
Describe the region
Our Lady of Fatima Av. Is part of the Fatima district in Downtown. A pleasant residential street embellished with trees. It is just 15 min walk distance from Lapa, the most bohemian in town.
It is the favorite area to live in the city center due to its accessible services, diversity, and infrastructure.

House Rules
You can not receive intimate visits only in case of steady relationship.
Housekeeping and maintenance of the house and room is done daily by the lady of the house so we have the support just to keep the house clean and use the utensils of the house carefully.
Do not make noise after 22: 30h

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
