I live in a large house that has 90mts 2 have one 16 year old son who loves games and series, and my husband is 24 keychain, I am teacher modeling and sewing and I have my studio on the second floor of the house, which TBM has good facilities. I have 2 small and cute puppies, one malts and shitsu, and 3 cats are neutered and calm, and live in harmony with a cockatiel called jorginho and a bird that always sings in the morning, I like to talk, I'm quiet, not smoke or drink, but I'm very giggly and outgoing, not ballads and we enjoyed evening walks. I live in a neighborhood in the north, the street where the great Zico (cock of quintino was born and raised) and here is a quiet and bucolic neighborhood, near the train station and several bus routes that lead to the city or make integration with BRT. ja lived here for almost nine years, and I love my house. We have a large terrace where you can relax, listen to music and talk quietly.

Listen to music on the headset; Do not leave the kitchen, bathroom or dirty utensils; not leave scattered belongings; not leave wet bathroom; You can use the laundry 1 or 2 times a week; smoking only outside the house and throw cigarette butts off in the trash; not bring strangers home; Do not make noises or talking loud late at night.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
