Nuestra casa tiene 4 habitaciones en plata baja (una simple, una doble, una cuádruple y una familiar para 10 personas) , cada una con tv cable, wifi, baño privado y una cocina FUERA DE LA HABITACIÓN
La casa está ubicada a 5 cuadras de la plaza principal, a 3 del supermercado y a 2 cuadras del hermoso cementerio jardín de Sucre, además la zona está rodeada de cajeros automáticos, farmacias, ventas de fruta y verduras
I have 4 bedrooms all with double beds (simple, double, for three and familiar room 10 people), private toilet and share kitchen. It is a large, comfortable, and quiet home that is just 5 blocks away from the lively Plaza 25 de Mayo and 3 from the city supermarket.

I run a restaurant every Sunday for lunch serving local cuisine and I would be happy to teach you how to cook traditional Bolivian meals, like Mondongo.
With experience as a tour guide, I have full knowledge of the city and its surroundings. I can help you with any tourist information, directions, and any questions you may have about Sucre, Bolivia, and South America. I can also help you to book tours, buses, and flight tickets.

About the Area
We are located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood and close to everything you need and want. Our home is 5 blocks away from the main plaza, Plaza 25 de Mayo, and 3 blocks from the main supermarket.
Public buses and taxis go past every 2-5 minutes, and bus stops are located right in front of our door. We are only a 15 minute taxi ride from the bus terminal and 45 minutes from the airport.

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
