Large modern home, 4x2.
Location :- Ideal for students. Close to all amenities and public transport, Curtin University 10 minutes, free bus shuttle near by, (other Universities within 40 minutes by public transport) and to city - 10 minutes by public transport.
Walking distance to cafes/restaurant, supermarkets,parks,city,casino and more - very central.
Rooms (two):- Rooms are large and well equipped with built in wardrobes,. Room 1 has Double bed bunk. Room 2 has quality King single bed, both have study desk, chair, lamp, bedside table, includes all linen. If sharing the larger room B&B is $250 each .
Bathroom :- Shower, Bath and Vanity., towels, soap can be provided. This is between the rooms.
Fee is AU$1300per month :- Inclusive of light breakfast. If dinner is required an addition $12 per meal is required , these are healthy and of many different countries cuisines, halal is available. Stays includes utilities, amenities, linen, laundry done, air conditioning, spa pool etc. Internet is also available. One weeks bond if $320 is required and returned on departure if there is no damage.
This is a typical home stay situation. You will be living with a mature woman (who is happy to assist with your English) and maybe another student. It is a family environment, so mutual respect is vital.
Ideal for young university students. I have a Police clearance'. Have been enjoying Home-stay hosting for over 12 years.
Stay can be for up to 3 years if applicant is suitable, Guest can renew every 6 months. Departure - 2 weeks notice must be given. More images can be provided at request. I will look forward to answering any questions you may have.

My home is South of the river, close to all amenities/bus, city and Universities. it is a very quiet, safe area with many cafes/restaurants, supermarket near by. 20 minute walk to the city & river with many parks nearby. 20minutes drive from airport .
Tree lined streets with plenty of parking. It is very central and convenient. Middle to Upper class population within.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Full mutual respect and consideration for all members of the home is vital. Respect each other’s private spaces.
Please be considerate of power and water usage . Your room is your castle, please vacuum carpet weekly .
Two weeks notice to be given form both parties for departures.
A bond of $330 is required which will be refunded after not damage is established.
No loud noise or parties, your visitors must be approved by host before entering home, no food, coloured drinks or alcohol in room, water is ok. No smoking inside allowed.
My view is :- ‘Be good to me and I will be extra good to you’

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
