Our house is located approximately 5-km. from Blacktown train station and Westpoint Shopping Centre. A community shopping centre at Centro Woodcroft which is less than a km. Buses available at Richmond Rd. and at Tulloch St.

ADDITIONAL GUEST TERMS & CONDITIONS
for 19 Tulloch St., Blacktown
1. NO PETS POLICY. Strictly NO pets allowed, indoor or outdoor.
2. NO SMOKING POLICY. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, particularly in the bedrooms. If at the end of the lease and Agent smells presence of cigarette/tobacco smoke the Guests shall pay the costs of treatment to eliminate smoke odour.
We advise occupants, if smoking, to smoke outside the house, away from doors/windows
3. NO SHOES allowed in upstairs bedrooms. Guests are encourage to have their own slippers. However, we can provide with house slippers if requested. Shoes and or rubber slippers/thongs worn outside should be taken off and kept under the stairs closet.
4. During the first day of accommodation, Guests will be given a set of house keys (3-keys: security screen door, main door, and bedroom door keys). And a tour of the doors, exits, light switches, proper use of taps and HWS(Hot Water Systems). Guests are encourage to conserve water and electricity usage. Please turn-off water taps when not in use. Please switch off lights when not in use, especially at night time. Guests are requested to switch off lights overnight while sleeping. Guests are provided night lights.
5. Guests are provided free WIFI access. Please ask hosts for access and passwords.
6. Guests can watch TV at the Lounge room area. Remote control switch is at the table next to TV. Please switch off TV when not in use.
7. Guests are shown proper use of the Washing machine. Please take extra care so as not to overload. The machine capacity if good only for 5-kilos washing.
8. Guests agrees to use the Gas Stove with due care and diligence. Limit use to 2-burners only. Do not light up 4-burners at sametime. Please do not leave stove un-attended.
9. Plates and cutlery are provided for Guests use. Please ensure dishes/cutlery are properly washed/dried and stored back to their respective drawers.
10. Use of SPA shall incur guests to pay Owners $5.00 per use.
11. Guests agrees with the owner keeping and maintaining the front, side and backyards to plant trees/shrubs in consultation with both.
12. Upon End of Term, Guests agrees and acknowledge that exit cleaning of occupied rooms shall be conducted at their costs, including exit cleaning by professional house cleaners hired by the Owners/Hosts, if Guests have exceeded normal use under above terms

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
