An inviting and quiet, leafy suburb; with just a 7 minute walk to the train station. We have a good size kitchen which the guests are welcome to use to heat up food or make a quick meal or salad. We have an open plan dining and lounge room, offering the perfect stay for comfort!
You’ll love my place because it is located in a green leafy Sydney suburb which is quiet and residential only, close to all amenities. The Beecroft train station is only a 7 minute walk away. Beecroft Village is just opposite the train station. The neighborhood is friendly and not pretentious, so you will feel right at home. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. All welcome.

About the Area
Our house is located in North West Sydney, in quiet and safe residential suburb called Beecroft, takes about 30 minutes to drive to Sydney city centre. The train station from our house is only about 5 minutes away. Beecroft Village which is also 5 minutes away from our house near the railway station has number of cafes, restaurants, post office as well as nice fashion boutiqus.

Hi my stay with Ramya and family was fantastic they were welcoming with everything I definitely would recommend staying here we had many conversations especially about cooking tips etc the area of Beecroft has everything you need which is handy I had a great time there and would definitely come back.Thank you again Ramya and Husband for letting me stay. Very good environment here. You get most of the things are available. The only things I missed is the towel which I may needed at the time of my staying 4 days. Otherwise, beautiful settings.

My staying at Ramya's House at Beecroft was excellent. I had a great time there and I felt like (pretty much) family or a close friend. Ramya is a really nice person, down to Earth and she opens her house to you in every way she can. The House itself is like pictures nice and big. It is located 6min away walking to Beecroft railway Station. From there to Sydney loop is about 40min trip everyday 15' which is very convenient. Around the station is also a Woolworths supermarket. The room and bathroom at the house were nice and clean. Since It was winter and sometimes insolation are not as good as in the UK they provided a heater for the room which was really handful. Breakfast and coffee was also offered everyday as well as the chance to use kitchen and washing machine if needed. If work permitted, Ramya was a delightful person to talk to and everytime she could offered help and tips about the city (Sydney) and sorroundings.
Keep in mind this location will be even more convenient since the new Sydney Metro is scheduled to be open in somewhere in 2019 and Beecroft railway Station will be part of it increasing the number of trains into the city, so there will be trains every 6min in peak hours.

Ramya and her husband are the best. Their house is beautiful and they're so accommodating. The room is clean. The bathroom is also. The location is perfect for the train station. So happy we stayed there! Wish we could've stayed longer.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, leider waren die Gastgeber verreist. Aber wir wurden von deren Freunden an der Bahnstation abegeholt und eingewiesen. Die Unterkunft ist in Ordnung, wir hatten fast das ganze Haus zur Verfügung! Allerdings ist das Haus schon etwas weit vom Zentrum entfernt.

The bedroom and en-suite were spotlessly clean and kitchen/ dining room/ living room were excellent. Ramya & Chandra were extremely helpful and we would recommend this homestay to anyone. A short walk to the railway station, shops (including a Woolworths) and at least 3 different restaurants (the Asian one was very good). Would definitely stay here again.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
