I am a professional accountant working full time during the week and available NOW 5 Bedrooms fully furnished JUST bring yourself!
If you are an international student or traveler on holiday or working visa and after a good quality place to feel like a home, my place is the one you cannot be missed.
All utilities gas, water, electricity, Unlimited WI-FI.
Room Includes: Doona, sheets, pillows, bath towels, Built in wardrobes, new queen size bed, study table, new curtains just installed etc.
House has all the white goods needed. Fridge with water and Ice dispenser, state of the art Oven, washing machine, TV, Microwave, Dining table, Pots/Pans/Dishes/knifes/forks/spoons/utensils, couches, coffee table, Heating & cooling, Shower & Bathtub etc.
All outside Windows have Secure Roller shutters against security and also to keep the light, noise, and privacy for your room.

Respect is mutual. Please respect us and our home.
No smoking is in the room. If you smoke, please go outside and do not forget to take the ashtray. :) The cigarette butts better be collected.
Please no consumption of food in the bedroom – a large dining area is available inside and an outdoor setting is also available.
The kitchen is a communal area and I would appreciate it if you clean up after you go.
This is a quiet suburb. Please do not make loud noises especially at night.
Cleaning and linen changes are done once a week for those staying for an extended period of time. There is no daily cleaning service it is up to you to keep your room tidy.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
