I have a four bedroom home .I let out 2 rooms 1 single room fully furnished with towels and bedlinen supplied.The second bedroom is a double for couples or girls share with ensuite fully furnished with linen and towels supplied.My family and friends visit often and I host students from all over the world 35 so far.I live in a suburb called Maddington in Perth.Close to shops and public transport.
I have a lounge and a family room that guests are welcome to use to watch T.V.
My family are into music and my grand kids are learning musical instruments and interested in soccer.
I love writing and I have published my autobiography and write poems.
I also love to meet people from various countries around the world.

About the Area
My house is quite central to bus stops that you can take a bus to Maddington station 4 minutes and from there to Perth City.I am close to Parks the biggest one being Harmony fields where they have about 8 to 9 workout machines scattered all around the park and they are free to use.A bus ride away to a library.
My area has a pharmacy,newsagent ,hair dressing salon Large supermarket open from 7am to 9pm.Fish and chip shop,Chinese restaurant,asian grocery stores,and chicken treat and bakery.A bus ride away to the
indoor swimming pool.And a medical clinic end of my road.

Keep clean rooms .No eating or drinking in bedrooms ,Bed should be made every day.Be Neat .Bathrooms to be kept very clean.Have own keys to come and go,but make sure security doors are kept locked when in the home and when leaving.T.V.and fans off when not in use .Wash own plates and cutlery and put back on table.Thank you.

I had a great and comfortable stay. Yvonne is a beautiful soul, very welcoming and accommodating. Comfortable and spacious room and all the amenities provided, big bonus is that guests had their own separate fridge/freezer to the host. Thank you so much Yvonne for being such a great host. I had a very good time at Yvonne’s. She is a friendly woman and both helps you out whenever needed and, give you all the space to do your own things at your own time. I enjoyed my room, the house and the nice garden!

It was a Nice and quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Yonne is a very welcoming and lovely person.
