Our new two storey home has 3 bedrooms upstairs, bathroom and living room. Our master bedroom is downstairs along with kitchen and family room. Your living space will be upstairs away from all the hustle and bustle downstairs. We love animals, we have 2 dogs and just recently have added a stray cat to our family also. My husband works hard, he is self employed and works in the building industry. I am a foster mother to a 25 year old autistic girl who lives with us and we love very much. She has a busy schedule going out Monday to Friday on a special programme. We live opposite the train station, only 15 minutes to Perth city only 5 stops to Perth station. We have a supermarket, take away shop and park across from our home. We are 500 metres to Perth's Swan River and 10minute drive to both domestic and international airports. I am available to pick u up from airport and also to take u around our city. I am more than happy to take u on our public transport and show u which train or bus u need to take for school. I will assist you with opening bank accounts etc. We will treat u as part of our family including u when we are going out doing stuff but if this is not what u want and would rather enjoy independance then this is okay with us too. It's Ur stay, yr holiday and u must be happy to do wat u would like to do.

The same as above. We speak english at home. My background is Italian so i do speak and understand italian. I have a very small italian family, which is unusual, only 2 sisters and 1 nephew.

About the Area
Our home is located very close to Perth city, only 5 stops by train to the city 15 minutes. The train station is across the park only 2 minute walk away. We conveniently live opposite a park, supermarket, takeaway shop and chemist. We are 500 metres to the beautiful Swan River. We are only 10 min drive to both domestic and international airports. Major shopping centres are also only a 10 minute drive away. On our doorstep we have the famous wine region of the Swan Valley. Beautiful wineries and restaurants, all just a 10 minute drive away.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
