I have 2 -bedrooms available in a townhouse both bedrooms are close to the bathroom, guests share bathrooms with other guests. This is my home, I have my own bathroom. The perfect Home Stay for students and those on business trips. The area is quiet and near the ocean.
You will be just a 15-20 minute walk from the nearest train and bus station, supermarkets, restaurants, and local business district.
The kitchen has available fridge space, pantry space, and happy to share . The laundry is in the garage and available for use. A small courtyard is accessible via the rear of the house.
I share my home with my two cats Nando, and Dashi.

About the Area
My home is on the southeast side of Brisbane City, the area is a quiet neighbour hood, close to the water and bay. I am situated between 2 train stations which is about a 10-15 walk easy access to shops and restaurants, close to Cleveland and Ormiston train station has Translink to buses . I am a 40-minute drive to the airport about 1hour 30 minutes to the Gold Coast and live 45 min train to Brisbane city.

I had a wonderful stay at Dulcie’s home. The room was clean and homely. Dulcie is incredibly kind, and it was a pleasure to be welcomed and introduced to Australian culture. Commuting to Brisbane each day was easy thanks to the nearby train station. I highly recommend staying at Dulcie’s place if you’re planning a visit to Queensland!

I had a wonderful time staying in Dulcie's home for 2 weeks. She's a wonderful lady with a kind heart and we have built up our friendship till today. I highly recommend other travellers that seek for short stay in Brisbane to contact Dulcie in the future. :)

I had a very beautiful time at Dulcie's house. The house is located in a very quiet area and the house is very clean, including the bathrooms. Dulcie is very lovely, kind, friendly and a pleasure to live with. I am sure you all will have a wonderful time at Dulcie's house. How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
