Luxury spacious accommodation at an affordable price which is friendly, clean, safe and secure.
This stunning property is located in the heart of Frankston on the Mornington Peninsula. Close to beaches, wineries, shops, hospitals and universities. Public transport at the end of the street (approx 1 hr to Melbourne CBD) freeway direct to the city is 2 mins away. Grocery shops, post office and community coffee shops all within 5 mins walk.
The Private room is tastefully furnished with a queen size bed, desk, lamps and built in robes. The house is huge with 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful warm amazing living area - ducted heating for winter and airconditioning for summer. All linen,towels,Internet access and off street parking provided. Would suit professionals, visitors to the area or anyone requiring "quality" short term accommodation.

The property's location offers easy access to Phillip Island, ferry to Queenscliffe (Ballerine Peninsula), Dandenong Ranges and private zoos where you feed Kangaroos, Koalas (if they are not sleeping) and other Australian animals. Car recommended and car hire depots are all within walking distance.
I think you will find that this is the most amazing beautiful house which is surrounded by trees along with warm, friendly and helpful neighbours - Big Bonus!!

Quiet leafy peaceful street. Safe area with everything close by. Wonderful happy neighbours all around. Public transport within 5 mins walk.
Onsite parking provided if you have a vehicle.
Bus at the end of the street. Frankston station short walk or 5 min bus. Buses and trains out of Frankston station take you all over Melbourne. Beaches are close by, shops across the road. Hospitals and Uni's all close by.

First time trying homestay and the experience is unforgettable. Vickie is such a caring hostess who made our stay in Frankston comfortable as well as memorable. For sure will contact Vickie again for future holiday plans in the same area

Vicki was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. She offered to pick me up from the local train station and gave me a tour of the area. She consistently asked if I needed help with anything and offered advice on places to go, things to do etc. I had just moved to Melbourne (and hadn't been here previously) so being hosted by someone who had an excellent track record of hospitality really put me at ease. Thanks very much! :)

Vicky was an wonderful, warm attentive & thoughtful hostess, during the two week’s stay at her place.
Her home was not only beautifully decorated but had everything that was necessary to have a comfortable stay: use of kitchen and laundry and spacious sitting & dinning room and of course our individual bedrooms.
I would recommend her Homestay without hesitation, as it will be the place I will book again, when overseas family & friends need a place to stay in the future.Host reply

Vicki has been a great host and very accommodating the entire time I stayed. I initially booked for one month as I didn't know if I would remain in Melbourne past that, but ended up staying for several months. Vicki was very helpful and facilitated my needs for accommodation — which was especially helpful as it was my first time in Melbourne and I didn't know anyone or any of the areas.
Thanks for everything & it was a pleasure to meet you all, and all those who stayed during my time there.

Vicki is the best host you could imagine, very friendly and caring! We are so grateful to have started our Australian adventure in her house. The house was perfectly clean and everything was done to make us feel at home. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

Vicky is the BEST host ever! She is so hospitable and polite and helped me to start my life in Australia. The house is spacious, beautiful and clean and I feel at home. I have extended for quite a long time and I recommend this house to everyone.

Vicki was very generous in her care for my daughter who had a two-week student nurse placement at Frankston Hospital. It was a relief to know she was in a caring environment, and we are very grateful for Vicki's homestay and the friends our daughter made there.

It was definitely right decide to stay with Vicki. Her house is like an Oasis. Quiet and clean. Gorgeous and amazing house with stilfull and wonderful interiors.
Furthermore is Vicky a very kind and lovely woman with much sense of humor. She is very helpful and tries to answer on all questions. She is always very eager and makes an effort for her guests. I think she is a good example for other host.

I stayed there for more than a week for a working trip in Frankston. This is a great place to stay. Everything inside the house is clean, nice and tidy. The area is very quiet and scenery is magnificent. I particularly like the pond nearby that I can walk there from the house. Last but not the least, the host, vicki is friendly, helpful and even supportive to me during my stressful work. This is a good place to stay for work or leisure.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. When can I share my contact details?
