My home is on a prime location, very handy to all amenities. Only a block from the train station and the bus stop is just in front of the townhouse. Two minutes walk from cafes, restaurants, banks, pharmacist, medical centers, supermarket, bakeries, gym, beauty parlors and 10 minutes walk to the aquacentre and recreational facilities.
The train station a 5 min walk away and Its just 35 minutes direct train ride to the city centre of Melbourne and there's a train every 6 minutes during peak hours.
The rooms are 1 double bedroom with double bed furnished with a wardrobe and desk and study lamp and a side table with a lamp.
The toilet and bathroom is shared between the two rooms. There is portable heating and cooling provided on each room.

Located at southeastern side of the city. It has all the amenities and yet on a quiet location. Bus stop is right on front of building and train station is 3 minutes walk.

House Rules
No smoking. No friends to stay overnight. Keep bedroom and bathroom/toilet clean and dry.
Food should only be eaten in in the dining room. No food to be eaten inside the bedrooms.
Rooms are upper level so be mindful and careful in walking and closing doors as it is likely be too loud downstairs. Please lower voice as this is a townhouse unit and neighbours will complain of noise. Definitely no drinking and smoking. Female occupants only. Please limit water, electricity and gas use as we have to save energy especially during the winter and spring seasons (May to November). Please notify the host of whereabouts if staying late or if not staying at home on some days. Please help out in cleaning the house. Public laundry is available near the units (next block - 1 min. walk).
Kitchen can be use for light cooking only as kitchen is very small. After cooking please clean the kitchen and wash all utensils and pots and pans.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
