Mount Duneed - Geelong near Surf Coast. Bus stop out the front of the house taking you to the Waurn Ponds Railway Station and a great V Line Train trip to Geelong or Melbourne. Both close to Deakin University Waurn Ponds and Waterfront.
There are 4 bedrooms therefore looking at 1, 2 to 3 girls or boys on short term or longer if suits. Mature Age people that need security . The 2nd bathroom would be shared by students, I have my own. Cosy bedrooms fully furnished with desk and lamp. Internet and smart tv, gas ducted heating and air conditioning.
I'm busy as a driving instructor/securities. Meals can be sorted on requirements once settled but extra on top of rent as cost of living/food rather expensive in Victoria now.
I have been hosting different nationalities Japanese, Chinese, German, French on English study tour to Deakin University Burwood when I was in Melbourne over the past year who have had a great time. Drop a line in an email and introduce yourself.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
