I have two newly renovated queen size bedrooms available, that share a brand new bathroom and small kitchenette. My home is within 10kilometres of Brisbane CBD on Brisbanes Northside. There is a bus stop directly outside my house and a train station within walking distance. I have a small local shopping village within 100 metres which offers cafes, a general convienence store, doctors surgery, pharmacy and several dining options. My home has an inground swimming pool and a private courtyard area. I have 2 Hungarian Vizsla's which are always happy for a pat or cuddle should you miss your own pet back home.
I have two adolescent children every alternate week.
As a family we love going to soccer, the beach, going to the movies and hanging out with extended family and friends.

About the Area
Our house is located on the Northside of Brisbane, within 10kms of CBD. It has both public bus and train transportation options within easy walking distance. Our neighbourhood is safe and primarily made up of young couples and families.

Location to everything “Brisbane” was ideal, perfect starting point. The suburban shops across the road had everything to make for a convenient home away from home. The host was incredibly accommodating and kind.Erin ensured I had all the necessary comforts but most importantly gave me the privacy I needed. The room itself was comfortable and seemed newly renovated. Great bed, a tv, couch, desk, AC, heater, fridge, microwave, laundry facilities and plenty of cupboard space.
The only negative I have is the sharing of the bathroom and cute kitchenette with what seemed to be a permanent tenant in the room next door. The location of my room meant I heard everything when that tenant was home and I’m sure vice versa.December 2017

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
