3 night minimum stay, also if 2 females are travelling together and booking both rooms at the same time a reduced rate is possible - let me know your details and I’ll advise.
Will also consider mid week stays if you come to Sydney for a few days each week- eg. Studying then go home,
I have a young pup- born 26th August 2019- see photo- in ‘training’, she is very active and mischievous. She loves attention!!
Darling Point- on Sydney Harbour, New Years Eve fireworks are viewed on the street and in the parks in the suburb.
Catch the ferry to the Opera House- 10 minutes, catch the train to the city- 5 minutes. Walk to the city in under 30 minutes. Buses also to the city and Bondi Junction.
Other suburbs nearby are Paddington, Double Bay, Kings Cross, Bondi Junction (2 minutes on train).
Beach suburbs nearby are Bondi, Rose Bay, Watsons Bay.
All of Sydney’s main attractions are nearby- so a great location to base yourself and avoid time commuting. Very easy to get around at night time, also a very safe area to stay.
I have 2 spare bedrooms- both have double beds and built in robes, ceiling fans, all bed linen provided.
Large combined lounge & dining room and sunroom.
I work full time, 4 days from home. I enjoy the parks and markets nearby, and lots of sunshine.
I accept female guests. Male guests might suit if a short stay.
A love of dogs is important- my pup was born in Aug 2019 and is indoors with me- she is a little cheeky at the moment.
Cash payment required on first day. Refunds are not paid if you shorten your stay- so please consider this when you confirm your booking. If you have questions please ask before booking- thank you

About the Area
My home is in the Eastern Suburbs. The train station is at the end of my street (Edgecliff). It is 2 stops to the city- Martin Place (takes @ 6 minutes) and 1 stop to Bondi Junction (@ 3 minutes). The ferry stops at the end of my street and it is 10 minutes by ferry to Circular Quay (the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge). There is also a bus stop at the station that goes to the city (via Kings Cross and William Street, and finishes at Walsh Bay)
There is a small shopping centre at the Edgecliff Centre (Coles, Aldi, post office, medical centre etc.). Double Bay is an exclusive shopping area (10 minutes walk), Paddington markets are a 20 minute walk. Bondi Junction and the city have very large shopping centres (Westfield with Myer, David Jones, exclusive stores etc.).
Double Bay has a beach on the Harbour (10 minute walk), Rose Bay has paddle boarding and kayaking on the harbour, Bondi Beach is on the ocean.
There are many parks in my suburb- they all have view of Sydney Harbour.
