We have a lovely large 5 bedroom home. Guests would have their own bedroom and living area. Loving family of 4 with two small dogs and a cat - all outside animals.
Perched high on prestigious Birt's Hill and nestled amongst the protected native landscape, an idyllic lifestyle and breathtaking views await a very guest! This spacious home boasts a versatile floorplan, from the exquisite sunken lounge with an open fireplace and stunning ceilings, to the family zone framed by a generous balcony. It's from this balcony you'll experience magnificent sweeping views from the Yarra Valley through to the Dandenongs. With stainless steel Bosch and Miele appliances including a dishwasher the central kitchen is adjoined by a dining room. Four generous robed bedrooms are serviced by 2 fabulous bathrooms. An upstairs retreat is perfect for guests as a 5th bedroom. A paved alfresco area with a water feature is sheltered by sails, continuing to further sealed space, while the front lawn is another private outdoor space. Brilliantly appointed, further highlights include: ducted heating, evaporative cooling, outdoor gas heated hot tub, This premium locale is conveniently close to several schools and the amenities of central Croydon.

Warm and welcoming. Stayed up late to welcome me on the first night. Helped by driving my car on a challenging driveway. Good wholesome family atmosphere where I felt very nicely embraced. Directions and instructions re location, access, timings clear and precise. Overall a very pleasant stay.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
