A large cosy bedroom with walk in wardrobe in Canning Vale, very spacious, clean and tidy house, beautiful back garden, very relaxing even in the backyard or in the living room, owner are very friendly, we can speak english and Cantonese, you can have your own parking space in front of the house, only 2 mins walk to the bus stop, 4 mins drive to Livingston shopping centre, 9 mins drive to Cannington Westfield ( the biggest shopping centre in WA) , welcome student / worker, we looking for single or couple, unlimited WiFi, Netflix, water and electricity bills are all included, two big fridges and cupboard in the kitchen to storage, smoker allow to smoke in the backyard.

We are in the popular suburb of Canning Vale in a quiet location, it is a good neighbourhood close to shops and bus stop, and easy to go to the city.

House Rules
Lodgers must keep the room clean and tidy, lodgers must keep the kitchen, living room, bathroom and other shared rooms clean and tidy, smoking is not permitted in the house, can allow in the backyard, Any visitors must leave the property by 22:00 hours, overnight visitors are not allowed, lodgers must not bring any pets into the house, must be keep noise to a minimum from 11pm until 6am.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
