Live in a lovely spacious house only 14klm south of the Brisbane city center. This is a large 5 b.room place the rooms are good sized & the x2 living areas x2 bathrooms /toilets. Your room has security screens & inbuilt cupboards. double bed, linen included ,changed weekly at no extra cost.Desk,lamp, . Smart TV upon request with Netflix/ unlimited fast speed WiFi access. Bathroom with bath/separate shower.
Toilet is separate to bathroom.
Busway is only 10/15 minutes' walk & local bus stops around the corner 5 mins walk from house. #161 Wishart Outlook
Close to Westfeild Garden City shopping town 5 mins on bus & 15 mins into Brisbane City Center. Beautiful Bulimba creek bike park /pathway accesible via short walk with lots of native Australian wildlife to spot along the way including home to some koalas and kangaroos! Stunning sunsets on dusk time. This safe and secure area will make for a very plesant stay younger or older alike.

About the Area
Our house is located 14 klm from the city center. It's in a safe & upmarket suburban area. Beautiful parks & walk/ bikeways around along the river. Close to public transportation. EightMile Plains main busway is close by with a trip into the Brisbane city taking just 15-20 minutes. This is a lovely area & offers you Westfield Garden city shopping town only minutes drive from our house. Garden City shopping town has an amazing variety of retail shops, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, library, movie cinema, gyms & much more..

House Rules
Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm & feel free to use the kitchen whenever just clean up after yourself as you go. Treat us as you would like to be treated is a good rule of thumb .. :-)

Room was clean and very nice. Comfortable bed. No air condition in the room, but fans were provided. House is in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to public transport. A nice big park nearby for running, walking or biking. Lori is a lovely host, and I felt very welcome for the entire 8 weeks I was there.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
