We live at a quiet street that opposite local primary school, nice oval and school provide facilities for all activities. Our house is close to the bus stops, cycle to train stations will take only 5 minutes.
There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total. Swimming pool is available in summers.
My mum and my nephew are at home everyday, My partner is Irish but he does not drink at all :-)
I have one spare bicycle which our guests are welcome to borrow during their stay.

About the Area
Our house is located on the south Perth area, in a quiet and safe suburb, we are 15 km away from the city centre, and only 10 minutes from Freeway.
Bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the house, cycling to the train stations only 5 - 10 minutes.
It is a very quiet area, you will sleep well after an exciting day.

Park at the front of my house, or park at the primary school car bay between 5 pm to 7 am week days, any time weekends.

This house is quiet, clean and comfortable with a well maintained compound and a pool. The location is nice and quiet as well that you can park your car outside and ßleep with peace of mind. We found it ideal for our recent 14 days stay, being of an outstanding standard. The owners are a young cheerful couple with an amazing courtesy not found in many. We felt at home during our stay and will definitely be pleased to stay in this house again.

Nice house, quiet neighbourhood ; easy to go to CBD by Transperth from Bull Creek Station rather than Murdoch Station, thanks to the shortcuts through the park (walking + train = 25 minutes). Lan and her partner are friendly : "No worries !" I would go back there with pleasure. Good choice for a family (one double + two single rooms).
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
