I live in a modern townhouse in an oldish suburb. It's a quiet place, 2-bedrooms with 1 room available for guests with separate bathroom & toilet. The space is bright and airy with an inner courtyard. Mirrabooka Bus Station is near the Mirrabooka Shopping Centre with cafes, gym & more. Direct bus to City and Transperth Buses #375 & #376 - short walk to home. Visitors to Perth enjoy the Hop-on Hop-off double decker bus tours.
Beach short drive to coast, nature walks are not far away. Easy, free street parking. Free wifi.
Friendly & independent living.
Quiet atmosphere in which to rest.
There is 1 friendly house cat.
Short stays only - up to 2 weeks at a time.
It's requested that you give at least 24 hours notice.

About the Area
Our house is located north of the city not far from the beach. Local bus is ~2 minutes walk, with bus depot ~5mins by car, train a bit further away. Mirrabooka Shopping Centre, cafe, gym, medical facilities and North Metro TAFE, all ~5 mins by car.
A quiet area with possibilities for nice walks nearby.
Modern townhouse in old area with park opposite.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
No visitors of guests staying overnight without prior approval. The guest room has a double bed. With agreement from the host a booking may be made for an extra person at an additional cost.
Please turn off electrical and gas utilities when not in use.
There are drought restrictions in place and the government recommends that a shower take no longer than 3 minutes.
There is 1 friendly house-cat. Please pet and play with her if you wish but keep the cat out of your bedroom - I don't want her to be a nuisance.

Great host and nice room. Angela is a busy lady but helpful and understanding. She quietly does her things and gives the guest all the space and privacy they need, so much so that one never knows whether she is in or out. The room is comfortable, bright and clean with private bathroom and separate but also private toilet. The kitchen is sufficiently well equipped for light cooking and snacks. Public transport is convenient, a 5 mn bus ride to the bus station and shopping area (Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, IGA and others) and from there a 20 mns bus ride to the city...

I arrived there at 1am. But she greeted me comfortably. She's so kind. And House is so clean. Her cat is sooo cute!
I wanted to stay more, but I had to leave...

My stay at Angela's house was great. The room is clean and quiet and Angela is such a wonderful and warm-hearted host and really good company. She even let me do a late check out (in the afternoon) as my flight was at midnight.

Angela was an amazing host. Very kind and willing to help all the time. Her house is in very quiet area, noise-free and the bed is very comfortable. The place is a little out of the way is you don't have a car but she offered to take me shopping and even to the bus station. I 100% recommend staying with her.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
