3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with 2 rooms available, with parks and a community fitness centre with a swimming pool only 500mtr from home. Small shopping centre, garage and Tavern across the road, also bus to the city stops at the front of my home or if you prefer you can get bus to Warwick station and then into the city or Joondalup university campus and English schools.
I am a mature widow who loves to travel and spend time with my 2 delightful Grandchildren 24 years and 13 years I am very interested in Dancesport {Ballroom Dancing}
I have been hosting International Students since 2002 and have made many life long friends, last year I made a trip to South America to catch up with many of my ex Brazilian and Columbian students what a wonderful holiday it was and to see how there lives have expanded. so many of them Switzerland, France, Napal, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Chili, most of whom I am still in touch with some with short stay and many with long stay of up to 2 years.
Unit has reverse cycle air conditioner for heating & cooling in common areas. Family lounge area has TV with Foxtel access and guests are welcome to use both.

About the Area
our house is located on the north side of the city in a quite Suburb we are 13km from the city centre and only 30 minute drive from the airport. and 15 minute drive to our beaches.
the bus stop is 1 minute from our front door and there are lots of bus options using this stop.

Lyn was a great host and gave us all the information we needed to get around Perth. Great breakfast, full use of the kitchen, really comfortable bed and lovely clean bathroom, we loved our stay in Balga and would recommend Lyn to anyone!

Nice stay, near my work place. Lyn lent me a bike which was a huge help, thank you really ! Very clean and warm house, though cigarette smoke from the patio was not appreciated. Apart from that, comfort, free use of the kitchen and bathroom for visitors, cute dog and friendly host ! I recommend staying with Lyn.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
