Susana is a 64-year-old person who has been dedicated for more than 20 years to receiving and hosting foreign guests who come to study or get to know the great city of Buenos Aires. She has a husband named Crispin. He is 70 and likes reading, photography, socializing, nature, and theater.
The house is located in the Caballito neighborhood, in a residential area. It is very well located, it is 3 blocks from Pedro Goyena, which is a very nice avenue that has a wide variety of gastronomic spots. It is also close to Rivadavia Park, about 5 blocks away, and 9 blocks from the UBA, the headquarters of philosophy and literature.
The accommodation has an excellent location, since you have all types of transportation that pass one block from the house. Subway A that connects to Plaza de Mayo is 2 blocks away, subway E is 6 blocks away, and then countless buses that have stops one or two blocks away. Buses: 42, 135, 26, 25, 172, 53, 96, 180, 88, 136, 145, 55, 49, 8, 86, among many other bus lines.
ATTENTION!!! (Payment for rooms is only in Dollar bill (large side) or Euro).
I like the theater, watching movies, walking, strolling and I will be more than happy to give you some tips so you can enjoy your trip to Buenos Aires.

There is no better way to learn a foreign language to practice it in everyday situations. Your host family offers classes in their native language English. One hour class costs $ 25.00. The class will be given by the host at the accommodation. The room rate includes the following services: regular room cleaning and internet services at additional cost (payable directly to the host upon arrival): Pick up service: $ 80.00 one way

Accueil chaleureux. L'accès à la cuisine est un vrai plus. La cohabitation est facile et sympathique entre les hôtes et tous les invités. Merci à Crispin pour sa disponibilité, son savoir et sa gentillesse naturelle.

Nous n'avons pas vu Susana au début de notre séjour et avons été accueillies par son mari, Crispin. Tout s'est très bien passé. Nous aurions aimé discuter davantage mais nous ne sommes malheureusement pas très douées en espagnol !!!! Nous nous sommes senties très bien dans cette maison idéalement située dans un quartier très sympa où beaucoup de commerces accessibles à pieds. Notre séjour a dû se poursuivre en raison de problèmes de santé et Susana a été très arrangeante afin que nous puissions rester. Nous l'avons donc rencontré et c'est une femme aidante, attentionnée qui fait en sorte que tout se passe bien. Un grand merci à elle et Crispin car nos vacances se transformant en vacances médicales..... Ils ont été réellement sympathiques en nous acceptant beaucoup plus que prévu dans leur maison. Susana est également de très bons conseils pour visiter la ville. Merci beaucoup à eux.

Our stay with Susana was lovely, her and her family made us feel very at home and helped us with everything despite our poor level of Spanish. Gracias de nuevo por todo!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
