About the Homestay
In a fully renovated century home in downtown, we offer a small guest room for a single person. It is great to have privacy and your bathroom on the same floor. And the terrace to read books during the day and enjoy a glass of wine the the sun goes down.
We love this old house, reformed respecting its original architecture. It is on the second floor, without elevator. Our cool and comfortable apartment with exposed brick has a true city feeling! It located on a quiet street, just three blocks from 9 de Julio Avenue.
You can use the washing machine, the kitchen, the fridge and the phone for local calls. We have two kitten, very curious. We do not smoke. If you smoke, only at the terrace, please.
We have a terrace, with chairs, deck, hammocks and umbrellas to allow you to tranquil day reading, checking emails or sleeping. We also have two lovely and polite cats: El Polaco and Tita.

Our house is in a non-touristic and in a very simple neighborhood, near the downtown and San Telmo, with trees, very simple groceries, very good transportation and close to Social Sciences college (Sociales UBA). Subway and buses to all the city. If you like tango, we are very close of NIÑO BIEN, a traditional milonga with teachers and wonderful wooden floor.

It was lovely to stay at Gisele as she and her partner were super kind and helpful. A special thanks for the tango evening which allowed me to travel back like 80 years in time.
The cats are very cute as well.
The flat is close to the city centre and the room big enough for even a longer stay. Having an own bathroom was good as well.
Definitely to recommend!
