I'm Andrea, I live alone in a big house with two rooms. I like the music but overall buana in my house there is a climate of tranquility. I also like going to concerts. My work consists in organizing concerts in bs as in different stages. There is a dining room with TV and internet armchairs. A comfortable bathroom. There is a terrace with grill available if you want to use

About the Area
My house is situated in the north of the provice of bs as, in the neighborhood of St. isdro. It is a quiet and safe area that has a great history of Argentine proceres who lived near the San Isidro Cathedral. I'm 12 blocks from downtown and 35 minutes from Capital Federal.

House Rules
Smoking inside the house is a terrace upstairs kitchen is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Please do not adjust the temperature of the house yourself / and I'll be happy to dimelo / a to raise or lower it according to you needs. Please keep our home safe and lock the door. You're free to use the kitchen but clean when finished. Reduce the minimum possible after midnight. Do not invite strangers into the house, if you want to invite a friend acuerdalo me before. Enjoy your stay and comes home as you would with your own.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
