Welcome to Carranza House, we are a young and friendly couple living in a beautiful and sunny house in Palermo Hollywood with our friendly dog Chimbote. We love eco-friendly lifestyle. We've got a really sunny and private rooftop to enjoy Morning and sunset Argentinian Mates or barbecues. We have a co-work and study sector in the house. Guest rooms are located in the first floor, separated from other common areas. Cooking is available in our kitchen. The house has a strategic location, in a neighborhood full of bars and restaurants and near public transport facilities.
We offer two guest rooms, a single bed one and another one for two guests with a bunk-bed. All rooms have a desk to study or work and plenty of place for personal belongings and cloth.
We speak English and Portuguese.
Welcome to "Carranza". We are a young couple, with good vibes who rebuilt and redecorated an old house in Palermo Hollywood. We live with "Chimbote" our dog. The house is very bright, we have a terrace with grill and an internal patio. We are lovers of nature and healthy life. The house has a space for co-working and / or study. You can use the kitchen as long as you leave everything neat and clean. The rooms for rent are separated from the rest of the house, they are located on the first floor. There is a private toilette for the guests.
The neighborhood is full of restaurants and bars. Many buses pass by and subway D is 8 blocks away. There are bike paths.

About the Area
Our house is located in Palermo Hollywood, a destination for foodies and art fans. We are surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants. Today is a veritable melting pot of culture and coolness. Plenty of public transportation available and bike paths near the house (bus: 39, 93, 108, 111, 151, 168). 8 blocks to subway D. 10 blocks to "Arcos District Shopping center".

House Rules
Always close the door with key and be aware the dog does not run away or exits the house.
Always clean what you use for eating and cooking. Cooking means you do the dishes yourself.
Be considered about music and sleeping or working / study hours. Observe quiet hours.
Respect shared spaces and leave them tidy.
Do not smoke inside the house only in garden and rooftop.
Ask before you need to use the washing machine.
Do not leave trash in common areas.
We prefer that the rooms do not eat
You can not invite other people to the house.
The price is in cash, other forms of payment may have surcharges

We had an incredible time here. Nacho and Mili are very kind, generous and easy-going hosts who made us feel at home from the start. The location is great too - thoroughly recommend staying here!!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
