My home is in San Telmo historical area, 5 minutes walk to Catedral subway in a quiet area of Federal District . It is a shared flat where people stay for holidays, and short- term study or work stay. Bedrooms are furnished with bed, wardrobe, shelves, table, fans, and electric heaters. We share kitchen- dining room, living room. I live in the flat and have lived in Brazil, England and Spain. I have travelled throught Latin America and Asia widely. I speak english, french and portuguese. People who live at home differ in their native languages but, I boost spanish speaking at home. I love meditation practises and I have trained as a thai massage therapist. I am keen on movies, art, and cultural exchange.

About the Area
Our area is in the colonial area of San Telmo, near the Catedral Subway in Plaza de Mayo, and close to bus stops..Near downtown, and surrounded by bars, restaurants, Puerto Madero area, and Natural Reserve Park.. Art galleries, supermarkets, and saturday food street market from 8am to 2pm. It is safe to arrive at night, and at weekend it is far from the hectic Defensa main tourist street. Close to Sunday Flea Market. Mostly relaxed and little bohemian. Close to Recoleta and La Boca, easy access by bus.

Take care of loud volumes at home, such as movie watching or skype talking . Clean kitchen tools and place after cooking. Respect common places leaving them clean and tidy as you have received it. Tenants cannot invite guests home without asking owner. Tenants cannot invite people to sleep at home.

La estancia fue estupenda Marina es la mejor anfitriona del mundo, la estancia con ella fue maravillosa, sin duda volvería ir con ella, hice una enorme amistad, la recomiendo ampliamente.

My stay with Marina was everything I hoped for. She made me feel very welcome, helped me with some arrangements and, most important of all, talked with me about Argentinian culture and society.
I love her apartment. It's elegant, in a beautiful building, in a great location.

Marina was a beautiful host ans very friendly. She speaks perfect english and told us a lot of places. The location is also very good with a lot of bars and near to beautiful places.

Marina was amazing. Her positive, relaxed energy is contagious... She knows tons about the area and is so keen to help you get around. A wonderful person to share a home with! The home is very tranquil and clean, and San Telmo is a very central location of Buenos Aires! On some days of the week you can look off the balcony to see an organic street market right below. So convenient:)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
