Internal house with front and rear garden with fruit trees and beautiful plants.
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an environment that integrates hall, living room, kitchen.
The dining room overlooks the backyard where the grill is.
The whole house is very bright, warm and airy.
My husband works close to home in a separate room doing Delivery of Sushi. I have my business a few blocks, with very long opening hours.
My husband loves to entertain friends and family making roasts or pasta that I accompany with pleasure as the host organizing and attending all the details to entertain the guests.
My children already live in independently so their two rooms have been available when family or friends come.
We like to watch TV, watch movies and be much in our house. It is for us, our favorite place.
Receive people from other places is our great excuse to take a walk and get to know our city and the Federal Capital, which on weekends we are 40 minutes away. In the week you access it by train, bus, or combis.

The only language they speak is Spanish.

About the Area
Our house is just 10 blocks from the mall of Banfield and 15 from the train station. 10 blocks, is the Court Football Club Atletico Banfield. There are several bus lines that bring us to the station, and the surrounding cities.
We are approximately 30 km of the City of Buenos Aires which is accessible by train, combination, or collective. International Airport are approximately 40 minutes by car.
The city is known for being where the writer Julio Cortazar lived, the singer Sandro. It is a friendly city, neighbors who know and defend their own neighborhood identity of the place.
Its commercial center has many trendy bars and shops of all items. It has an important cultural activity.
It is located very close to the University of Lanus built in an area away from the old railway workshops respecting its architecture and appearance. An institution with careers and open to the Community activities that are worth knowing and go

Fue muy buena experiencia, los anfitriones una pareja encantadora que nos recibieron en su casa haciéndonos sentir muy a gusto. La habitación es confortable, con un ventanal al jardín que la hace muy luminosa. Recomiendo a Claudia y Arturo por su calidez y la confianza que nos brindaron durante nuestra estadía.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
